This tutorial explains how to manage the conditionalities that beneficiaries must fulfill to continue receiving transfers.
What is a conditionality?
Conditionalities are obligations that beneficiaries must meet to maintain their eligibility for transfers.
Common types

Scenario: Verifying health conditionalities
Context
The program requires pregnant women to complete at least 4 prenatal visits.
Step 1: Configure conditionalities
Access configuration
- Go to Settings > Conditionalities
- Click New conditionality
Define the conditionality

Associate with program

Step 3: Verify compliance
Access verifications
- Go to Conditionalities > Verifications
- The list of beneficiaries with their status is displayed
Compliance statuses

Step 4: Handle non-compliance cases
Examine a case
- Click on a non-compliant beneficiary
- Review the details:
- Relevant conditionality
- Expected vs. actual value
- History
Treatment options

Justify non-compliance
If the beneficiary has a valid reason:
- Click Justify
- Select the reason:
- Illness
- Health facility closed
- Other
- Add a comment
- Save
Suspend a beneficiary
If no justification:
- Click Suspend
- Enter the reason
- Set the duration (1 month, 3 months, etc.)
- Confirm
The beneficiary will not receive the next payment.
Step 5: Reactivate after compliance
The beneficiary becomes compliant
When the beneficiary fulfills the conditionality:
- Import new verification data
- Status changes to Compliant
Lift the suspension
- Open the beneficiary's file
- Click Lift suspension
- Confirm
The beneficiary resumes payments in the next cycle.
Step 6: Conditionality report
Generate the report
- Go to Reports > Conditionalities
- Select the period
- Export
