Gender-Based Violence (GBV)
The GBV screen lists the providers of care for victims of GBV and their agents, and analyses the GBV survey collected with KoboToolbox.
Access
Side menu: Social Services → GBV Services.

The screen has four tabs: providers, agents, survey analysis (KoboToolbox) and Rubric Analysis.
Providers tab
Indicators: total services, active services, with accommodation, with GPS.
The List and Map buttons switch between cards and a map of providers.
Each card shows organisation type, phone, e-mail, manager, total, female and GBV-trained staff, accommodation capacity, beneficiaries per year, types of services and of GBV handled, and the survey date. Badges flag: GBV protocol, trained staff, PEP 72h, emergency contraception, electricity, running water, private space, code of conduct.
Providers are grouped into categories: Health, Legal, Psychosocial, Livelihood, Multi-purpose.
Search and filters
- Search by name or code.
- Filters: region, sector, organisation type, status, accommodation, GPS coordinates, free service, GBV-trained staff.

Provider page
General information, contact, location (with a button to view on the map), capacities and services (accommodation, free of charge, GBV protocol, trained staff, headcount, quality score) and attached GBV agents.
Agents tab
Indicators: total agents, active agents, GBV-trained, women.
- Search by name or code; filters function, GBV-trained, active.
- Columns: code, full name, GBV service, phone.
- Add opens the new GBV agent form.
An agent page shows personal details, contact, function and service, GBV training and specialities.

After synchronisation, only submissions from Oio and Bafatá are analysed. SAB and pilot submissions are excluded and their number is shown.
Results
- Indicators: organisations, total staff and share of women, GBV-trained staff, accommodation, GPS, average staff per organisation.
- Breakdowns: region, organisation type, service type, types of GBV handled, funding sources, target populations, facility types.
- Overall quality score, on 8 criteria.
- Protocols, infrastructure, medical capacity, staff skills, available and missing equipment, security measures, referrals.
- Executive summary and GBV system score, with PDF export.
- Mapping: functional map of providers, with PDF export.
Rubric Analysis tab
Analysis per questionnaire section, with a consolidated view and a distribution by type. Example: payment for services by sector (free or paid).
GIS map
Turn on the GBV Services layer on the GIS map to see geolocated providers.
Good practice
GBV data is sensitive. Limit rights to the people who need them and never share information that could identify a victim.
- Check providers' GPS coordinates.
- Keep contacts and statuses up to date.
- Resynchronise Kobo after each survey round.
