Social Services

The Social Services module allows you to manage all infrastructures and human resources involved in providing services to Bemba program beneficiaries.

Objectives

  • Map available services (schools, health centers, GBV services)
  • Track human resources (teachers, community health workers, GBV agents)
  • Analyze geographic coverage of services
  • Plan interventions based on needs

Accessing the Module

From the main menu

  1. Click on Social Services in the sidebar
  2. Select the desired section:
    • Education for schools and teachers
    • Health for health centers and CHW
    • GBV for GBV support services

Common Features

All sections share similar features:

Search and Filters

  • Text search by name or code
  • Geographic filters by region and sector
  • Specific filters depending on service type

Statistics

Each section displays key indicators:

  • Total number of elements
  • Geographic distribution
  • Specific indicators (pilot schools, active agents, etc.)

GIS Map Integration

Services with GPS coordinates can be viewed on the GIS Map:

  1. Activate the corresponding layer in the layers panel
  2. Markers appear on the map
  3. Click on a marker to see details
