Education

The Education section allows you to manage schools and teaching staff in the program's intervention areas.

Access

Menu: Social Services → Education

The interface is organized into two tabs:

  • Schools: List of educational institutions
  • Teachers: List of teaching staff

Schools Tab

Overview

The Schools tab displays:

  1. Statistics at the top of the page:

    • Total schools
    • Pilot schools
    • Schools with preschool
    • Schools with GPS coordinates
  2. Action bar:

    • Refresh button to reload data
    • Import button to import from Excel
    • Add button to create a new school
  3. School list with pagination

Search and Filters

Type in the search field to filter by:

  • School name
  • School code

Advanced filters

Click on Filters to show options:

Create a New School

  1. Click Add in the top right corner
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Name (required)
    • Region (required)
    • Sector (required)
    • Type (optional)
    • Pilot school: Check if it's a pilot school
    • Preschool: Check if the school has a preschool section
  3. Click Create

Teachers Tab

Overview

The Teachers tab displays the list of teachers registered in the system.

Information Displayed

Create a New Teacher

  1. Click Add
  2. Fill in the form with teacher information
  3. Select the assigned school
  4. Click Create
