Code of conduct

The Code of conduct screen gathers the code of conduct signatures collected in the field with KoboToolbox, with each signatory's photo and signature.

Access

Side menu: Social Services → Code of conduct.

The right is not enough: you also need access to the project that holds the signatures.

Synchronise

Sync from Kobo reads new form submissions and downloads their images, in the background. A banner shows the state of the last synchronisation: date, updates, images, project, or a synchronisation running or failed.

Indicators

• Signatures, with the number added by the last synchronisation.
• Acceptance rate and number of signatories who did not accept.
• With photo and with signature.
• Signatures per month and per region.
• Understanding (share of yes) on six points: code read, sexual exploitation and abuse, GBV, child protection, sanctions, who to report to. The weakest point is highlighted.

Search and filter

• Search by name, institution, agent, tabanca, phone or function.
• Filters: project, region, sector, tabanca, signatory type, sex, ministry, language, acceptance, understanding, agent, period, presence of a photo or signature.
• Sort by session date, name, region, agent or submission date.

List and detail

Columns: signatory, location, session, understanding, attachments.

Clicking a row opens the signature detail: institution, function, phone, understanding of the code, submission date, GPS, Kobo identifier, observations, photo, signature and raw Kobo data. Previous and next buttons move through the list.
