IFR Reports
Interim Financial Reports (IFR) are periodic financial reports intended for donors.
Concept
IFRs present the financial status of the program over a given period (usually quarterly):
- Actual expenditures
- Budget consumed
- Forecasts
- Variances
Access
Side menu: Reports > IFR Reports
Required permission: rapports.ifr
Create an IFR report
Step 1: Parameters
- Click New report
- Select:
- Program: Program concerned
- Period: Quarter or custom period
- Type: Standard or detailed
Step 2: Generation
- Click Generate
- The system compiles the data
- The report is created with Draft status
Step 3: Review
- Verify the figures
- Add comments if necessary
- Correct any errors
Step 4: Validation
- Click Finalize
- The report is locked
- It can be exported and transmitted

IFR reports can be exported in:
- Excel: Editable tabular format
- PDF: Formatted official document
- Word: For additional modifications

The PDF format follows the donor standard template with:
- Official header
- Standardized tables
- Required signatures

All reports are archived and accessible:
- By period
- By program
- By status
