DLI Indicators
Disbursement-Linked Indicators (DLI) are performance indicators linked to donor disbursements.
Concept
Donors condition their disbursements on the achievement of target indicators. PCH-SIG enables real-time monitoring of these indicators.
Access
Side menu: Programs > Select a program > DLI Indicators
Required permission: rapports.dli

Annual summary
| Indicator | Description |

| Total disbursable | Total amount planned for the year |
| Disbursed | Amount actually received |
| Pending | Amount under verification |
| Overall rate | Overall achievement percentage |
Year selector
Choose the year to display the corresponding indicators.
Indicator list
Each indicator displays:

Indicator statuses

Progress chart
A bar chart displays the progress of each indicator:
- Green bar: Achieved
- Orange bar: Partially achieved
- Red bar: Not achieved

Verification workflow
Calculated → Submitted → Verified → Approved/Rejected
Automatic calculation
Indicators are automatically calculated from system data:
- Number of beneficiaries = count of active beneficiaries
- Payment rate = successful payments / total payments
- Coverage = beneficiaries / target population
Export
Export the DLI dashboard in:
- Excel: Complete table with history
- PDF: Formatted report for donors
History
The History tab displays the evolution of indicators:
- By quarter
- By year
- Comparison with previous periods
