DLI indicators

DLIs (Disbursement-Linked Indicators) are the results on which World Bank disbursements depend. For each program, the GIS tracks the value of each indicator against its baseline and target, and the resulting disbursed amount.

Access

• Reports → Reports, DLI Indicators tab: summary of a program for one year.
• The tab's View full details button: the program's full DLI dashboard.

DLI Indicators tab

1. Choose the Program and the Year.
2. The tab shows:
   • Total indicators, Achieved, Partial, Not achieved and the Average rate of progress;
   • the Disbursement summary: planned amount and disbursed amount.

The IFR Reports button opens the program's interim financial reports.

Indicator statuses

Status	Meaning
Achieved	The period's target is met
Partial	The value is progressing without reaching the target
Not achieved	The target was not met by the deadline
In progress	The period has not ended

Indicator types

Quantitative, qualitative, binary (achieved or not) or percentage.

Where the values come from

Some values are calculated by the GIS from program data (enrolled beneficiaries, executed payments, verified conditionalities); the others are recorded by the monitoring and evaluation team. The indicators themselves (label, type, baseline, target, associated amount) are defined when the program is set up; the screen does not let you create or edit them.

Do not confuse

DLIs concern World Bank disbursements. The project's results framework indicators (PDO, intermediate results, outputs, processes) are tracked in M&E → M&E PTBA, Results framework tab (see Tracking activities and results).
