Grievance List
The grievance list (menu Grievances (GRM) → Grievances) lets you browse, search, filter and export the grievances within your scope: your components, your projects, and sensitive grievances only if you hold View sensitive SEA/SH grievances.
Header
- Help: opens this guide.
- Export: CSV, Excel or PDF of the filtered list.
- Add ▸ New grievance (permission Create grievances) or Kobo import (Create grievances and Process grievances).
Statistics cards
Five cards above the list: Total, Open, In progress, Resolved, Not eligible. Clicking a card filters the list by that status. The Stats card opens the detailed reports (Reports, Grievances tab).
Search and filters
The search covers the reference, the complainant's name, the subject and the description.

Filters combine and reset with one click.
Columns
Reference, Project, Complainant, Component/Type, Priority, Status, Phase, Assigned to, Date, Source, Updated on, Actions. The column selector hides columns; sorting is done by clicking a header.
The Source column shows the origin: MIS (direct entry), Kobo, Public site (online grievance form), Survey Solutions.
A sensitive grievance carries a Sensitive grievance badge; an anonymous grievance shows Anonymous instead of the name.
Row actions
- View opens the record (see Processing).
- Administrators have a Delete action, which is permanent.
Similar groups
When the similarity analysis has grouped grievances, a Similar groups panel appears above the list. Clicking a group filters the list to its grievances. See Similar grievance groups.
Offline
Without network, the list shows the local copy of the grievances within your scope and an orange Offline mode banner. See Working offline.
Pagination
20 grievances per page; the following pages are prefetched for smooth navigation.
