Complaint List

The complaint list page allows you to view, search, and filter all complaints registered in the system.

Accessing the list

  1. Click on GRM - Complaints in the main menu
  2. The complaint list is displayed with statistics

Dashboard

At the top of the page, a dashboard displays key statistics:

  • Open: Number of complaints awaiting processing
  • In Progress: Complaints currently being processed
  • Resolved: Successfully resolved complaints
  • Rejected: Rejected complaints

Table Columns

Use the search bar to find complaints by:

  • Reference
  • Complainant's name
  • Complaint subject
  • Phone number
Example: PLT-2024-00123 or "Diallo"

Filters

By status

Filter complaints by their status:

  • All
  • Open
  • In Progress
  • Resolved
  • Rejected
  • Closed

By category

  • Payment
  • Eligibility
  • Information
  • Complaint
  • Other

By priority

  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • Urgent

Available Actions

View details

Click on a row or the View details button to see the complete details of a complaint.

Process

The Process button allows you to take charge of an open complaint and begin processing it.

Export

Export the filtered complaint list in:

  • CSV: For spreadsheet analysis
  • Excel: XLSX format with formatting
  • PDF: For printing or archiving
Tip

Use filters before exporting to get a targeted report.
