Transfers

A transfer groups the payments made to the beneficiaries of a programme for a given period (for example "January 2026 payment").

Caregiver cycles

Payments to community caregivers do not go through this screen. They are managed in Caregivers → Payment cycles (see Payment tracking).

Access

Side menu: Cash Transfers → Transfers.

Required rights (Settings → Roles, labels as shown on screen): Consulter les cycles to see the list, Créer des cycles to create, Valider les cycles to validate.

You only see the transfers of the projects your institution and your account are attached to.

The status filter also offers Closed.

No operator API

No operator API is connected to the SIG. Payments leave as an ST file (generated by the SIG and handed to the operator) and their results come back as a CT file (returned by the operator). Executing payments directly from the SIG awaits the TELECEL integration.
