Cycle Recurrence
Recurrence allows automatic creation of payment cycles according to a defined periodicity.
Available periodicities

| Quarterly | Every 3 months | Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 |
| Semiannual | Every 6 months | S1, S2 |

Recurrence configuration
Access
- Go to Payments > Cycles
- Click on Configure recurrence

Automatic generation
When automatic generation is enabled:
- The system creates the cycle at the scheduled date
- Eligible beneficiaries are automatically included
- Amounts are calculated according to program rules
- A notification is sent to validators
Automatic workflow
The system automatically creates cycles at the scheduled date, then notifies validators.

Exception management
Holidays
- Option to postpone if the day falls on a holiday
- Shift to the next or previous business day

- Possibility to create cycles outside recurrence
- Catch-up cycles
- Exceptional cycles (emergency aid)
Recurrence modification
Change periodicity
- Go to Configure recurrence
- Modify the periodicity
- Choose the effective date
- Future cycles will be adjusted
Suspend recurrence
- Disable Automatic generation
- Existing cycles are not affected
- Reactivate when necessary
Cycle calendar
The calendar displays:
- Past cycles (green)
- Current cycle (blue)
- Scheduled future cycles (gray)
