Fee schedules

Fee schedules set each mobile money operator's transaction fees (TELECEL, Orange Money, MTN), per amount bracket.

Access

1. Side menu: Cash Transfers → Operator Accounts.
2. Fee schedules tab.

Bracket structure

The values in force are those shown on screen: they may have changed since installation.

Manage brackets

Creating, editing and deleting are reserved to administrators.

• Add a bracket: choose the operator, fill in the fields and create.
• Edit: change the values and save.
• Delete: the bracket is deactivated, not erased; it is no longer used in calculations.

Simulator

1. Click Simulator.
2. Enter an amount (FCFA) and choose the operator.
3. The result shows the bracket, beneficiary amount, administrative tax, withdrawal fee, added fees and total amount.

Beneficiary amount  :  70,000 FCFA
Administrative tax  :     200 FCFA
Withdrawal fee      :   1,200 FCFA
Total amount        :  71,400 FCFA

Schedules are used to compute the fees in the transfer letter. See Transaction fees.

Good practice

Recommendations

1. An operator's brackets must not overlap.
2. They must cover every amount paid: an amount outside any bracket gives zero fees.
3. Update the schedule as soon as the operator changes its rates.
