Search and Filters

This page details household search and how to combine the filters of the household list (Social Registry > Households).

A household has three references: its USR identifier, its household code and the name of its head. The search bar queries only one at a time and picks it from your input:

Copying an identifier

You can paste a USR identifier as it is displayed, in groups of four digits. Spaces are ignored.

PRSSB household codes are numbers without a prefix. That is why a numeric input of fewer than nine digits is read as a household code.

Combining search and filters​

Search combines with the filters of the Filters panel and with the displayed project:

  • Territory: Region, then Sector, then Tabanca. Each level depends on the previous one.
  • Status: Collection, Validated, Pending, Rejected.
  • USR registry: only households that entered the registry.
  • Poverty Category and Area.

Each active filter appears as a chip above the list. Remove a chip to lift that filter alone.

Examples​

The poorest households of a sector​

  1. Open Filters, choose the region then the sector.
  2. Choose Category: Extreme.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. In the sort menu, choose PMT ascending: the lowest scores, so the poorest households, come first.

Households entered but not yet validated​

  1. Open Filters and choose Status: Collection.
  2. Open each record and click Validate this household after checking it.

Households without a tabanca​

In the Territory panel, click No tabanca under the sector concerned. Then correct the locality of each household in its form.

Export the result​

Export produces an Excel file of all households matching the search and filters, not just the displayed page.

The bar does not search by phone number. Households sharing a number are detected by the Duplicate Management screen. See Duplicate management.
