Advanced Search

PCH-SIG offers advanced search features to quickly find households.

Simple search

The search field at the top of the list allows searching by:

• Household code: e.g., MEN-2024-00123
• Head name: full or partial name
• Phone: head of household phone number

The search is performed in real-time as you type (minimum 2 characters).

Advanced filters

Click on the Filters button to display the filters panel.

Available filters

Demographic filters

PMT filters

Apply filters

1. Select the desired criteria
2. Click on Apply
3. The list is updated with the results

The number of results is displayed at the top of the list.

Reset filters

Click on Reset to clear all filters and return to the full list.

Combine filters

Filters are cumulative (logical AND):

• Region = "Dakar" AND Status = "Validated" AND Category = "Extreme"

This displays only households matching all criteria.

Save a search

Upcoming feature

The ability to save frequent searches will be available in a future version.

Export filtered results

Export (CSV, Excel, PDF) exports all households matching the active filters, not just the current page.

1. Apply your filters
2. Click on Export
3. Choose the format

Map search

The GIS map also displays filtered results. See GIS Map - Filters.

Search tips

Phone search

• Enter the number without spaces or dashes
• Accepted formats: 771234567 or +221771234567

Name search

• Search ignores accents and case
• Partial search: diop finds "Diop", "DIOP", "Ndiop"

Optimize performance

• Use geographic filters to reduce results
• Combine multiple criteria to refine the search
