Edit a Household

This page describes the full household record and how to edit its information.

Access

  1. Side menu: Social Registry > Households
  2. Select a household, then click Edit

You can also open a household's full record from a link (beneficiary, duplicate, payment) and click Edit in its header.

Full household record

The record reads from top to bottom:

BlockContent
HeaderHead of household, age, size, locality, USR identifier, number of transfers received
PMT scoreScore, position relative to the method's eligibility threshold, category
IndicatorsHousehold size, estimated monthly income, children in school, latest survey
PMT score breakdownRecorded value, coefficient and contribution of the most decisive variables
Household membersMember list, with the Add a member button
Payment historyTransfer, date, amount, mode, status
Collected dataLocation, housing, assets and other questionnaire answers
Vulnerability factorsFemale head, young children, elderly people
ProgramsEligibility for each program, enrolment and link to the beneficiary record
ProjectsProjects in which the household was collected or taken over, with the date
Administrative informationUSR identifier, household code, phone, registration and update dates
Activity logRegistration and latest change

The breakdown lets you check the computation: the sum of the contributions and the model constant gives back the score. If the household's project has no PMT method, the record says so and the household has no score. See the PMT score methodology.

Edit the information

  1. Click Edit.
  2. The form opens on the same tabs as at creation: Location, Composition, Head of household, Members, Housing, Assets, Collection.
  3. Change the fields you need.
  4. Click Save.

If you leave the form with unsaved changes, you are asked to confirm.

Read-only project

Households of an archived project, such as PRSSB, can be viewed but no longer edited. Saving is refused with a message saying the project is read-only.

Manage members

In the Members tab of the form, or from the Household members block of the record:

  • Add a member opens an empty record;
  • the pencil icon edits a member;
  • the bin icon deletes a member, after confirmation.

The Beneficiary column shows the main member and their substitute, who receive the transfers.

Validate or reject a household

The full record has no validation button. Depending on where the household came from:

  • Household entered by hand (Collection status): select it in the household list and click Validate this household in the right-hand panel. See Household list.
  • Household from a data collection: it is validated, rejected and integrated into the registry from pre-collection. See Pre-collection workflow.

Validation assigns the USR identifier and enrols the household in the programs it is eligible for.

PMT score after an edit

The score is not recomputed when a record is viewed. After a change of coefficients or a correction campaign, an administrator re-evaluates the project from Settings > PMT methods.
