Household List
The household list is the entry point to the social registry. It lets you find a household, filter the registry by territory or category, and open the household record.
Access
Side menu: Social Registry > Households
Three layouts
The list comes in three layouts, chosen by each user with the version selector at the top of the page:
| Version | Layout |
|---|---|
| V1 Classic | Full-width table |
| V2 Sidebar | Filters in a side panel |
| V3 Modern | List on the left, household record on the right (default layout) |
The choice is remembered. This page describes V3 Modern; filters and search are the same in all three versions.
Displayed project
The list opens on the PCH project, preselected. A filter chip shows the displayed project; removing it shows every project in your scope.
You only see households in your scope: those your institution collected and those taking part in your projects. Seeing the whole registry is a privilege granted by an administrator.
An archived project stays visible in filters with the mention "(Archived)". Its households can be viewed but no longer edited.
Searching for a household
The search field interprets what you type:
| Input | Searches by |
|---|---|
| 9 digits or more, or digits separated by spaces | USR identifier (e.g. 2001 2046 0973) |
A short number, or a prefix followed by a hyphen (e.g. ACC-12435) | Household code |
| Text | Head of household name |
The USR identifier is the household's identity in the registry. The household code is only a collection code, specific to the project that entered it. See the USR identifier.
Filters
The Filters button opens the following panel:
| Filter | Values |
|---|---|
| Region | All regions or one region |
| Sector | Depends on the chosen region |
| Tabanca | Depends on the chosen sector |
| Status | Collection, Validated, Pending, Rejected |
| USR registry | All, or only households "In the registry" |
| Category | Extreme, Severe, Moderate, Vulnerable, Non-poor |
| Area | Urban, Rural |
Click Apply. Each active filter appears as a chip that you can remove with one click. Clear removes them all.
A household entered by hand stays in Collection status until it is validated. To find it, choose Status: Collection.
Territory panel
The Territory panel presents the registry by region, sector and tabanca, with the number of households at each level. Clicking a level filters the list. The No tabanca row groups households whose locality is not filled in.
Sorting
The sort menu orders the list by ascending or descending PMT score. A low score means a poorer household.
Household record
Select a household: its record appears on the right. The header shows the head of household, their age, the locality, the USR identifier and the institution that collected the household.
| Tab | Content |
|---|---|
| Summary | Composition, PMT score and category, eligibility, latest payments |
| Members | Household members with relationship, sex, age, education, occupation |
| Payments | History of payments received |
| Documents | Supporting documents, when the household has a beneficiary |
| Surveys | History of surveys and of the initial collection |
| Programs | Programs the household is enrolled in, with the beneficiary code |
| History | Creation and latest changes |
Record buttons:
- Edit opens the household form. See Edit a household.
- Print prints the record.
- Validate this household validates a household that is not yet validated. Validation assigns the USR identifier and enrols the household if it is eligible. The button is greyed out for an already validated household.
Export
The Export button produces an Excel file of the households matching the current filters: USR identifier, code, head of household, location, area, size, PMT score, category and status.
Create a household
The New button opens the creation form. See Create a household.
