Beneficiary Graduation
Graduation is the process by which a beneficiary exits the program after achieving the set objectives.
What is graduation?
Graduation marks the end of a beneficiary's journey in the social protection program. It occurs when:
- The household has improved its economic situation
- The program objectives are achieved
- The beneficiary is considered autonomous
Graduation criteria
Economic criteria

| Stable income | For 6 consecutive months |
| Productive assets | Possession of income-generating assets |

- Children regularly attending school
- Access to healthcare
- Food security ensured
Graduation process
1. Identification
Households potentially eligible for graduation are identified by:
- Automatic analysis of PMT scores
- Assessment by field agents
- Self-declaration by the household

- The local validation committee
- Validation by the regional level
- Final approval
4. Post-graduation support
After graduation:
- Follow-up for 6 months
- Possibility of reintegration if necessary
- Referral to other programs
Lifecycle statuses

- Go to Beneficiary Detail
- Click on Change status
- Select Graduated
- Enter the date and reason
- Validate
