Beneficiary Graduation

Graduation is the process by which a beneficiary exits the program after achieving the set objectives.

What is graduation?

Graduation marks the end of a beneficiary's journey in the social protection program. It occurs when:

  • The household has improved its economic situation
  • The program objectives are achieved
  • The beneficiary is considered autonomous

Graduation process

1. Identification

Households potentially eligible for graduation are identified by:

  • Automatic analysis of PMT scores
  • Assessment by field agents
  • Self-declaration by the household

A thorough evaluation is conducted:

The graduation decision is made by:

  • The local validation committee
  • Validation by the regional level
  • Final approval

4. Post-graduation support

After graduation:

  • Follow-up for 6 months
  • Possibility of reintegration if necessary
  • Referral to other programs

Mark a beneficiary as graduated

  1. Go to Beneficiary Detail
  2. Click on Change status
  3. Select Graduated
  4. Enter the date and reason
  5. Validate

  • M&E > Dashboards: Graduation rate
  • Reports > DLI: Graduation-related indicators
