Conditionality Statistics

The Statistics section provides visual dashboards to analyze beneficiary compliance rates with program conditionalities.

Menu: Conditionalities → Statistics

Overview

The dashboard presents key indicators, interactive charts, and alerts to manage conditionality monitoring.


Filters

Compliance by Type (Bar Chart)

Reading: Identify conditionalities with lowest rates to target actions.

Evolution Across Cycles (Line Chart)

This chart shows compliance rate trend across cycles:

  • X axis: Cycle codes
  • Y axis: Compliance rate (0-100%)

Reading:

  • Ascending curve = improvement
  • Descending curve = decline
  • Stable curve = maintenance

Alerts Section

Non-compliant Beneficiaries Alert

When beneficiaries are non-compliant, an alert displays:

  • Message: Number of non-compliant beneficiaries
  • Note: Reminder that it may affect payments
  • Link: Direct access to filtered list

Suggested Actions

  1. Click "View all" to access the list
  2. Analyze causes of non-compliance
  3. Decide on actions (alert, reduction, suspension)
  4. Document decisions
