Community Workers (Cuidadoras)
The Cuidadoras Comunitarias (Community Workers) module manages community agents who work in the field as part of social protection programs.
What is a cuidadora?
Cuidadoras are community agents, generally women from local communities, who play an essential role in:
- Registration of vulnerable households
- Awareness on best practices (health, education, nutrition)
- Verification of program conditionalities
- Collection of complaints and grievances (GRM)
- Monitoring of vulnerable families

The dashboard displays the following indicators:
- Total number of active cuidadoras
- Gender distribution (generally majority female)
- Validation rate of activity reports
- Certification rate (cuidadoras with valid certifications)
