Community caregivers
The Community Caregivers module manages the community workers (cuidadoras or cuidadors) who work in the field for social protection programmes.
Role of caregivers
Caregivers are mostly women from local communities. They work on:
- household registration;
- awareness raising;
- verification of conditionalities;
- collection of complaints (GRM);
- follow-up of vulnerable people.

No right on the Settings → Roles screen opens this module. In practice, only administrators see the Caregivers group.
The module page has five tabs: Dashboard, Registry, Assignments, Field Activities, Payments.
Dashboard
- Total caregivers, split between women and men.
- Total payments, executed payments, payments in progress.
- Charts by status, by region and by sex.
- A payments insight block: executed, being processed, success rate.
Statuses

Contract types

Project and programme
Each caregiver is attached to a project and may be attached to a programme. Both fields are in the Location section of the record.
A payment cycle pays the active caregivers of the cycle's project. If the caregiver has a programme, it must be the cycle's programme.
Assignments
The Assignments tab groups caregivers by sector. Those without a sector appear under "Unassigned". A region filter is available.
The assignment is changed by editing region, sector and locality in the record.
Removed features
Trainings, certifications and evaluations are no longer offered in the interface.
