Activity reports
Caregivers document their field activities in activity reports. The SIG lets you view and validate them.
Access
- Side menu: Caregivers → CC Dashboard, Field Activities tab.
- For one caregiver: her record, Activities tab.
Activity types

Report list
Four counters also act as filters: Total, Pending, Validated, Rejected. The screen opens on Pending reports.
Report detail
View opens the report:
- community worker, activity type, date, locality;
- beneficiaries, by sex, and quantity;
- status, source (web, mobile or Kobo), validator, creation date;
- observations, attachments, rejection reason where relevant.
Validate or reject
| Action | Effect |

| Validate | The report becomes Validated, after confirmation |
| Reject | Opens the rejection window. Enter the reason |
| Delete | Deletes the report, after confirmation |
Statistics
The caregiver record shows her activity statistics: date of the last report, number of validated reports and validation rate.
Entering reports
The interface has no form to create a report. Reports arrive through the SIG API.
