Map Filters

Filters allow you to display a subset of data on the map.

Accessing filters

  1. Click the Filters icon in the side panel
  2. The filters panel opens

Geographic filters

Select a value to automatically zoom to the area.

Category filters

Households

Applying filters

  1. Select the desired criteria
  2. Click Apply
  3. The map displays only matching elements

The number of filtered elements is displayed in the panel.

Combining filters

Filters are cumulative (logical AND):

  • Region = "Dakar" AND Category = "Extreme"

Displays only extremely poor households in Dakar.

Resetting filters

Click Reset to clear all filters and display all data.

Quick filters

Quick filter buttons are available:

Search by code

  1. Type the household or beneficiary code
  2. The map zooms to the element
  3. The tooltip is displayed automatically

Search by name

  1. Type the head of household name
  2. Results are displayed
  3. Click to zoom

Synchronization with lists

Map filters are synchronized with list filters:

  • Filtering on the list updates the map
  • Filtering on the map updates the list

Filtered statistics

When filters are active, statistics display:

  • Number of filtered elements
  • Percentage of total
  • Distribution of filtered elements
